We find the wedding planning process to be incredibly easy when it is for two people who genuinely adore each other. Because of their pure love, they remain united in every situation life brings about.

We were lucky enough to find an ideal location for a destination wedding in Crete that will truly encapture Axels and Roxanas love – the Dourakis Winery in the quaint village of Apokoronas in Crete. Surrounded by lush greenery and the aroma of grapes, the winery is a great spot for saying your “I do’s”. It is located on the top of the village’s hill, overlooking the stunning Aegean Sea and the countryside. You could only imagine the backdrop this couple had for the pictures!

When it comes to wedding planning, the location itself has made it a breeze. The overall look of the winery gives a Mediterranean feeling, so coming up with a theme was very easy. Additionally, the couple had their official ceremony in a small chapel with amazing sea views.
